We will be back in Atlanta next week for the second time at the IPPE show to demonstrate the PORTIO JET, also known as the waterjet cutter, which is designed to portion boneless products into predetermined customized shapes while maintaining fixed weight. This year will also see the debut of the trimming line, an intelligent development that will monitor yield, capacity, and trim quality per operator.
The Compact grader and the PORTIO 1DAP will be on display at Foodmate's stand C13813. The Classic grader and the Portio 3-300 will be on showcase at Ross Industries' stand C11227.
