Specifications

  • Cuts fresh fish, boneless meat and poultry into portions of fixed weight, fixed thickness or a combination of variable weight and thickness.
  • 2 parallel belts, each with individual programmable speeds
  • Maximum product dimensions (l x w x h): Up to 800 x 280 x 150 mm / 31,5 x 11 x 6 inch
  • Cutting rate : up to 14 cuts/sec. Depending on knife type and product.
  • Precision depends mainly on product characteristics. Please consult MARELEC Food Technologies for information about your application.
  • Belt width: 300 mm /  12 inch
  • Belt speed: adjustable from 40 to 400 mm/sec. or  0,13 to 1,31 ft/sec.
  • Completely watertight – air dryer installed in main electrical cabinet
  • CIP: Cleaning In Place system for belts, manually controlled
  • Several operating languages possible
  • The equipment will perform 400 pieces/minute (200 pieces/minute each line) with an infeed of 50 mm. between the pieces. * The performance is relative to the shape of the pieces as well as the configuration of the machine.
